Bonaire, but I can't wait to get to the South Pacific. My "local" dive spot is the Sea of Cortez, does not have the corals of the warmer waters, but we see whales and such, several times a year. It's a good trade off.
 
Oh, man, how to choose! For warm water reefs, it would be a toss-up between Rangiroa (lush, colorful reef teeming with every imaginable kind of big or little fish, dolphins, mantas, and sharks) and Byron Bay, Australia (also amazing density and variety of fish life, as well as sessile invertebrates). Cold water would be a tie between Browning Pass in BC, and San Miguel Island in the Channel Islands. For technical/overhead diving, I'll take the caves in MX.
