What is this guy? Would you call him a Mutton Snapper or a Dog Snapper? Or, something else? (pic from Grand Cayman)

See those reddish fin tips?,, on the dog they are way more yellowish.
Muttons are everywhere and you can bring them closer by sticking your finger in the sand and stirring it up. Dogs are really skittish and will run away and hide from divers (but they'll play Peek-a-boo with you on wrecks)
