The NACD plans to attend the Springs Celebration/Chili Cook Off at O´Leno State Park on Saturday March 31, 2012, in conjunction with the NSSCDS. We need some volunteers to help Rob and Jen Neto man the booth from 11 AM until 3 PM. Rob and Jen are also volunteering for the NSSCDS so they will be busy. We need some volunteers for a couple of hours. If you can spare a few hours, contact Rob at conservation@safecavediving.com or you may contact me. Thanks for your help.

Hi all, we can still use a volunteer or two at the Springs Celebration at Oleno State Park next Saturday. Volunteers are needed to man the booth, talk to guests, and answer questions. Rob and Jen Neto are pulling double duty as they are also helping the NSSCDS so your help would be much appreciated. If you are in the area and not diving or you will be in the middle of a service interval, let us know if you can help.

The Celebration lasts from 11AM to 3PM, and by attending you can learn about the Sink to Springs connection and the Florida Aquifer. Also there will be water activities, presentations, videos, and live music. Click on Springs Celebration | Friends of O'Leno for more information.

Again if you can help, let Rob or me know. In advance, thank you.

Don't forget the chili cook-off!

Ok, one more effort in requesting some help on Saturday at the Springs Celebration at Oleno State Park. Including Rob and Jen, we have 4 volunteers but some are pulling double duty with the NSSCDS. If you are in the area, we can use your help in discussing/educating attendees on cave diving. It is a great chance for us to interact with non-divers. If you can make it, just show up or send Rob or me an email. Thanks for your help.
