well hears the story,,,, they have to come up with 20k to build a reinforcement just so they (fofoc) can tow the vessel,,, i'm thinking on the way to marisco it's gonna go down, the bummer will be if it's in the secure area around the 7 point or the single point mooring which will make it undivable,,, if it's on it's way to marisco and starts to go down waianae designated sites are only 6 miles up the coast

What is 7 point? Is that the same as multi point mooring?

Our luck it will accidentally sunk a couple miles off shore.
 
The NY Times article was reprinted in the Honolulu Star Bulletin on 10/26/2008... front page, above the fold, no less.
