Those two boats described above are great. Believe they're both docked at Manasquan harbor. In addition, there's also the Half-time boat that goes out from Long Island.
 
i contacted independences to do u-869, i provided my diving card... he is supposing to provide info to captain... still waiting a answer since july 7.....
How much experience do you have on boats like the U-Who? What card are you trying to show? To whom?

They both publish schedules. Have you checked those yet? On the Independence, the U-who is pretty much a Gotham Divers charter. I would check with them.
 
I'm assuming it was a trimix card of some sort. Nevertheless captains will want to vet you before signing you up for that sort of dive, so a phone call may work better than an email.

They’re not just going to let you on the U869 because you show them a card. Is this your first attempt to dive NJ? There are tons of great wrecks with amazing history here.
