Hi!
I usu dive out of Boynton and/or Pompano for quick weekend dives ~ Pelican & Parrot dive boats. When you have weekend dates set let me know...My work sked is pretty lite right now so meeting up shouldn't be a prob.

Sleepy lab? :)
I have a lab too; a wonderful nlack lab named Chuey...

Thanks! Actually, I would love to plan a trip your way soon and get some diving in. I am not available to dive til the first of August. If you come this way, let me know.

Other than the dives for my certification, I have only been out here twice; the first time was a charter out of the Clearwater area, went to two reefs. The next day I went with some friends to Egmont Key. You can see one of my videos from Egmont here YouTube - Egmont Key Dive

I am planning to dive in Boynton Beach the end of August but planning to be in the Cocoa area the end of September. My birthday is Sept 30th and I am hoping to make a long weekend by diving a few places over that period. Maybe we can meet up?

thanks everyone!

M - I will let you know some dates. I have two labs - my baby is the chocolate lab, he is a year and a half old. My other is a 10 yr old yellow lab. Love them!!

For all you "noobs"... Welcome to SCUBA, and welcome to ScubaBoard!

For those in the Greater Tampa Bay area, you have found a very active group here. We get together to dive often, and periodically have meet-n-greets in the area... Most of us don't bite :D (There are exceptions...)

Be sure to check out this area, if you haven't already...

There are a few shore dives that are perfect for new divers, and we are happy to help you become better divers :14:

One that is perfect is next weekend...

I'll be driving down to Venice, and have room in the Dive Mobile

Jessica, I will PM you back in a bit...

Remember this is still the Internet where egos roam free. Not everything or everyone on this board is true. You'll learn those you can trust to be safe buddies, and those you'll never dive with again :)... SB get-togethers are a great way to meet new friends and make life-long dive buddies!

Hi Jessica,
Welcome to Scuba Board. Definitely a good place to find friends and advice.
I lived in the Tampa/St. Pete area from 97 - 01, and had a great time. My son even did his open water dives with the mermaids.
Let us know how your new adventures turn out.
