Nikonos Gone?

I am still using a Nikonos V with SS15mm, 28mm + 35mm. It is a nice camera and worth investing.

All my underwater photos are taken with Nikonos V in my website below.

I have two Nikonos III camera bodies that still work great. This model has been out of production since before the V was a twinkle in Nikon's eye and it is still a workhorse today. I wouldn't worry about parts or repair. I don't think Southern Nikonos is going out of business soon. Great deals on EBay. Unless you are going digital (it seems everyone is today) the Nikonos will give you exceptional quality for the price.
