It uses older display technology for an HE computer and is generally regarded as being pretty conservative relative to other Helium capable computers, but it is fairly inexpensive on the used market - maybe $350.
That said, if you can pony up the bucks a Shearwater Predator is superb, has an excellent display, excellent customer support, is frequently updated via firmware updates and is probably the most bang for the buck in a Helium capable computer.
If you are not immediately headed for trimix, a Nitek Trio (three gas), a uses Nitek Duo (2 gas) or a Scubapro/Uwatec Aladin 2G / Tech 2G is also a very good choice for reasonable money and will take you all the way through Advanced Nitrox and Deco Procedures, and past that will make an excellent bottom timer for trimix diving.
