Hi all this is some what of a strange post but I noticed something after several days of successive dives.

After several days of successive dives, while sleeping I have the most lucid, long, clear, sensible and remember-able dreams. These tend to continue for the extent of my diving trip. I mentioned it to my girlfriend who dives with me and she said she gets the same/similar thing.

I was wondering if this occurs when others dive. My only suggestion as to why it may occur is the level of nitrogen in the blood is increased slightly during the period of a dive holiday and this has some sort of effect on the body. Alternatively maybe I'm just relaxed because I'm on holiday's :). Having never used laughing gas or any other drugs apart from alcohol and caffeine, this is new to me. Anyway just putting it out there.

Shagged and beat = sleep and dreams.

I usually get the best sleeps after a day of diving ..... always look forward to it :)

The mind is a strange and wonderful thing of wich we have very little understanding, enjoy it.

You are relaxed after all that diving. Your mind is clear and in a zen spot!

Hopefully.

I have never noticed this, but I will most certainly keep an eye out (?) for it now.

Yea I get that too, but it is due to tiredness for me, as it happens when I am tired in general (not just from diving) :)
