I am trying to get into the Nitrox class next week. My LDS charges $100 for the class, tables and two tanks for two dives. The only other costs associated with the class is gas to drive to dive sights (lots of deep springs around here), park fees and breakfast/lunch. I am excited as I dive Blue Springs a lot which is 60-120 foot deep...I never go past 60 because of the cavern but longer bottom time sounds like a blast...if only I can learn to stop suckin so much air!

A common concern with newer divers. My advice is to not worry about it ... as you gain experience, improve technique, and learn how to relax underwater the problem takes care of itself.
