Actually I think the reason there is no toilet paper is because they have decided to go with Bidet's instead. ut:

In Eilat there's a wreck of a missile boat. I dived there with a friend, we entered the toilet, and there I took off my gear, put on sunglasses and did made a face of a forcefull manuever. My friend took a picture, it was hillariouse, but alas, I lost it a few years ago.
