Should probably get checked out by a doctor if it's happened recently. 9/10 times it's nothing... But then it's that one time and something bad's happened.

I had logged 15 dives before my first nosebleed happened. It happened once and didn't happen again. It was my first time diving in a while and I forgot to equalize! I've had ten dives since, and it hasn't happened again.
