I have 11 dives to download from my dive computer.
Connecting to Drive Organizer
1. Start Dive Organizer version 2.18 on my PC.
2. Connect the drak USB interface to my Dive Computer.
3. Put my dive computer (Mares Puck) on PC mode.
4. Connect USB to the computer
5. Dive Organizer does not recognize my Dive Computer
6. I manually select the Mares Puck.
7. Green light come on the drak USB interface
8. Then I get a message "Model selection unsuccessful"
What is the problem here? Please help!!
Connecting directly to Diverboard
1. Connect the drak USB interface to my Dive Computer.
2. Put my dive computer (Mares Puck) on PC mode.
3. Connect USB to the computer
4. The following selections were made: Select Make: Mares, Select Model: Puck, Select Port: Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge
5. Click on "Upload Dives"
6. Green light come on the drak USB interface
7. Then I get a message "There was errors while uploading dives: Error opening device - Error code: Timeout"
What is the problem here? Please help!!
