I'm curious, why is the shore diving discouraged at Albert Head?

One of the only places I've ever seen a juvenile wolf eel. Had a dog fish swim through my circle of students there as well.

I think it's a decent enough dive spot, but not as good as Ten Mile Point or the end of the breakwater, in my opinion. If there was easy shore access, I'm sure the parking lot would be full of divers every weekend, but I wouldn't want to pay for a boat charter just to come here. It sort of reminds me of a steeper Spring Bay (with more fish-eating anemones).
