I ran across this compressor block on ebay a couple of days ago

It appears to have some extra plumbing compared to my Purus, in particular the rusty parts and the L shaped tubing that runs over the flywheel. I am thinking it may be some sort of intermediate pressure bleed off supply given the unplumbed elbow fitting just above and to the left of the flywheel. I was just wondering if anyone else had a better idea what this stuff may be for?
