Olympus PT-059 diffuser part?

I purchased a wide angle lens and replaced the diffuser. I want to go back and shoot more macro but I must have misplaced (trashed) the diffuser. Not something I'd normally do so I'm blaming the significant other. lol

Does anyone know a part number or place to purchase just a diffuser for the case? Or have one to sell?

yeah the little white piece on the housing.......I took it off and put a blackout on so I can use the wide lens with strobe but not sure if I like it.
