Nitrox is not a prereq for Divemaster.

you must have a current MFA or whatever they call it these days.

You need this for rescue diver but remember you need to renew it to keep current for prof levels - but not for rescue diver (bit strange that but hey ho!)

It is a good idea to keep the c-cards or at least keep a note of the cert date and number as if you ever decide to become an instructor they ask to see them all (good old PADI).
 
The current first aid cert is the EFR (emergency first response) which has just taken over from the MFA, neither are a prerequisite for enrolling on the divemaster course, but you must have proof of attending a CPR course within the past 24 months.
