I know, right. What I meant was, was that #24 or #36 line that you lowered the camera with as you snorkeled on the surface.

I lowered the camera down on my cave diving primary reel with another line tied to the trigger release, allowing me to get those silhouettes. Yeah -- that's the ticket!

Thanks for the kind words. I am planning on writing up an article on the whale sharks of Isla Mujeres for Walt Stearn's Underwater Journal (Underwater Journal) and will use some of the photos from the trip.
