yes they just came back from hydro

certified with the + rating stamped 7-03

who has the best deals on valves, $30 apiece from him for yokes sound reasonable

probably pst 104's!
if they are rust free and a caver did not own them ( pumped to 4grand every weekend) they are a great deal!
bullet proof tanks.....perhaps the best ever made.
exploded at about 11-13,000 psi in hydrostatic test chamber.
they may also be heiser's(marketed by beauchat) which are pretty darn heavy and also bullet proof.
