I use a 13cf with a Mares reg and a short stubby pressure gauge. I've got a trident bag it slips into, attaches to the side of the main tank. The problem with this setup is it's very difficult to check the pressure gauge once you've donned the gear. As an additional safety measure I had mine loaded up with Nitrox 32. I thought the weight of it might be enough to off-balance me...but I can hardly tell it's back there. As the old saying goes...better to have and not need...than need and not have. Good luck!

One more thought, I looked out the reg that mounts to the bottle. I for one, wouldn't want to have to hold that bottle up to my face to breathe while monitoring my ascent rate and keeping good situational awareness.
