I do what Max Speed does. Also, you can get magnifiers to put on you computer from some manufacturers. Custom ground lenses are great- and expensive. I have come to prefer the pop-in, both for the lower price ( I can maintain several for the price of a single custom ground mask) and the ready availability. Or you can do what my wife did- have Lasik surgery.

Pop in lenses are only good for those whose inter-pupilary distance fits them and who are not astigmatic.
