Good morning all. As promised, he's the 3rd project from my pandemic Ebay binges.

Scubapro Mk 1 with an old style 108. Interesting creature.

These were a little more beat up than the Mk 7 and 109 I cleaned up last week but i think they came out ok. It's hard to tell from the before and after pictures but you can see a bit of difference. They look cleaner in person.

The Mk 1 really had no surprises. Basically it's a Mk 5 without a swivel turret, and it's only got 2 ports, high and low. Should be a simple enough rebuild.

The 108 is an interesting creature. It looks more like an old Calypso second I have, I think it's a Calypso anyway. The LP seat looks to just be a rubber disc and should be replaceable. It looks suspiciously about the same size of a G200 seat I have at the house. I'll find out when I get off this hitch. Very simple design that didn't look like the other scubapro seconds I've worked on.

The 108 is the older style and has a fixed orifice and the weird double exhaust. I'll only be using one exhaust valve.

The only other thing is the HP port on the first stage is the 3/8" I think, so I can screw a current LP hose in if I'm not careful. I'll have to get an adapter or a vintage style hose for a spg.

Hope you all are having some good dives. I have a little while before I get home to work on this and hopefully get wet.

Enjoy the pictures. Have a good day.

All parts in 50/50 white vinegar and water soak.
(Yes I was careful with the piston, last in first out)
Parts cleaned and dry.
And assembled.

I don't know what they used to make stickers from but that sucker is on there. I didn't want to add any new scratches trying to get it off. I'm guessing that's is the last place it was serviced.

The second picture is the building today. No longer a dive shop....

Yep, it will take the same generic puck as a 109 or Conshelf.

I also have an exhaust T for you (more to follow)
