I'm thinking of doing some diving at Protea Banks 25-27 March. The two operators there seem to be African Dive Adventures and Aquaplanet. I've contacted them both and not heard back. Sadly the owner of the former seems to have died a few months ago, so probably that is why in that case, although the website is still up and running. Any suggestions for what else I should try? Not much good if I pitch up there and can't dive.
