Dive Rite Voyager XT wing (not the EXP version) dries quickly.

-Z

love my Deep6. Dries much faster than the rest of mine. The XT's dry a bit faster than the EXP's but only on the back half, front half is still normal.

Out of curiosity, why? Cant imagine the weight of damp vs dry would matter for travel surely?

I love my Apeks but more for its streamlining and bulletproofing than its quick drying ability. Fwiw i bet it takes a long time for the interior to dry out since the shell doesn't breathe, other than at grommets.

I wonder if it is more for it to not wet the rest of the luggage?

Why does this matter? If you're diving for a few days, kit gets wet.

When flying, bring it indoors the night before departure? Or just sling it in a plastic bag. It'll dry out at home.

The Halcyon Eclipse is a great single tank wing. The outer bag doesn't absorb that much water; you can unzip it and pull out the inner bladder if you really must.

I fly with the same wing than OP, it was never an issue: I’d just put it in a bag if it is wet/damp when I fly back.

In my experience damp clothes stink real bad if enclosed in airtight bags. Same for BCD Wing I would expect

How quick should 'quick-dry' be? When flying, there are at least 24 hours between the last dive and departure time. Even before packing, you could have half of that for the wing to dry. For my wing, that's enough to dry at room temperature.
When not flying (but driving, for example) you could just leave the damp wing outside of a bag?
