I wouldn't worry about it, these periods of weather don't last for very long in Hawaii.

I went diving everyday for the last 6 days and the vis has not been less than 50 ft. Mostly 60 to 80ft (South and West side of the island.) Which is bad for around here I guess:huh: but coming from San Diego I'm happy with anything over 10 ft.
