It is an excellent description of the real life events about an attempt to bring up a long dead body from a deep cave, requiring taht the diver bringing the body up go to world record depths to do it. He did not survive the attempt. It is one of the best diving books I have ever read.

I liked this book a lot.It does not cover as much ground as other books on same issue,but still author has covered many issues with proper examples.

A captivating read - I got through it in about two days flat - and for someone who reads about one book a month that is one hell of an endorsement!!!

Great book! Read it twice and loved it again....Some of the video that exists of this dive is just scary, and the dive it self is off the charts!
I started reading it this week and it is hard to put down.
