Basically, the 911 is based on the Tech, so it will fit very similar to the plain Tech. Between the two, I'd suggest a tech over a 911, since you could move to doubles with a tech, but not with 911 (according to Zeagle). About the only meaningful difference that I can see with the tech and the 911 is the crotch strap (which you can add).
The differences between the ranger and the tech are mostly in the lift capability (44 vs 65 respectively) and the cummerbund (no elastic in tech). Fit should be pretty similar, but it's impossible to know without trying them on. If you go the Ranger route, you can get a crotch strap and add it to the BC if that's a feature from the 911 that you like.
Personally, for the price, I would probably buy a Ranger, not the LTD. There's not a lot of add-ons that are really nice to have (zipper attachment system, trim pockets, lumbar pad) and it's a reasonable savings over the LTD. Skip the tech and the 911.
I've had a Ranger for about 3 years and the only downside is that it's a lot of BC. If you travel to dive, you might want something that packs a little smaller. I bought an Escape in addition to the Ranger for travel.
