Apologies in advance, this is probably a no brainer to photographers far better than myself but, I have a Canon Elph 300 HS with the corresponding Ikelite housing, I know you can purchase lenses to attach to the housing (i.e. fish eye, macro), well I am going to Costa Rica in 3 weeks and was wondering if the lenses would work on the surface as well as underwater, or are they only underwater lenses? Embarassingly yours, Coll.

Depends on the lens but most of them will but with a different impact. For instance, the 100° Inon lens (used on other cameras) is 179° above water. Close up lenses may be far too strong.
