Unless You take boat to Gabr-el-Bint which is a day trip. Then, there is a possibility of going Ras-Um-Sid, as far as I remember, also by boat (pretty close to Gabr-el-Bint).

Yes Gabr El Bint is doable by boat. That's why I said that the majority (not all) is shore based.

Ras Umm Sid is like 300 meters north of the Caves dive site, which is far away from Gabr El Bint. Normally the daily boat trip does Shugayrat then Gabr El Bint.
