I went yesterday (Sunday 9/12), and it was a nice morning. We followed the reef out to max depth of 49 ft, vis around 25 ft. Followed by clouds of garibaldis and middling-sized sheephead (they must be fed by divers), dive-bombed briefly by a lone sea lion, ran across a lobster, a couple of big cabezon, tons of painted greenlings. Also saw what looked like a few abandoned lobster cages and a fresh-looking anchor that someone must have given up on. Temp at max depth was 63 F, end of dive 72 F. For a second dive we went down the road to Shaw's Cove just for a little variety.Diver_Jan:How was Reef Point? It's usually a pretty cool spot to dive.
