Replacing Oceanic QLR3 weight pouch

My wife lost the weight pouches to her Oceanic Probe BC. They are QLR3 pouches. I have had no luck replacing them. Does anyone know if the QLR4 pouches will fit in place of the QLR3 pouches? The BC is in great shape but pretty much useless if I cant find pouches.
 
Turns out that the QLR 4 pouches are a good replacement for the older QLR 3. They work fine, at least in my case
