In my opinion a lot manufacturers make really good products. What make a difference when you should underwater are the accessories that you can get for your camera. Filters are important (red, magenta and etc), but not as important as lights. Lights will make your video. Also to be honest so will the practice of taking videos underwater. The more you do it, the better they come out. I have over 1K dives and recently started making videos, and its not easy, since you are so concentrated on camera

Look for example I'm gonna post videos that were taken 2 years apart within half mile from each other. In one i'm using filters and lights, and in the other i have nothing, but the camera.
