hate to say it... but it's job security for darwin...
Its kinda like all the "health freaks" jogging around the rural roads here at night with no reflex or lights. Well see how healthy that jogging is when you get hit by a car that cant see you :no:
 
Their should be some sort of dive flag awareness cause of the traffic at lakes and over-populated aquatic areas.Their was an accident at Lake Joccasse where my dad, my brother, and myself where there was a boat above us and there were dive flags everywhere. The idot would not leave the restricted area. Thank God that we were at 35ft and not on our accent.
 
Still think all boat operaters should carry a safe boaters linces that states the rules about dive flags
