So I just pulled into town from my trip, and it was great. Spent a few extra bucks and hit the 50 mile rigs from Port Aransas, and the viz was phenominal. You could easily see the ladder from 130+ and the guys spear fishing brought in a full boat of Amber Jacks, most over 40 lbs. Temps were ranging from 80ish on the surface to around 73 at 130.

What operation did you use, and how much did it cost?

Thanks,

PvilleStang:
I used Out To Sea Adventures (http://www.outtoseaadventures.com/home_page.htm) and we ended up paying 230, but that's cause we went to the 50 mile rigs and did more advanced diving. But all in all, A+ operation and I would definitely recommend it!

How many dives did you make...profile info please.....you term them advanced dives? Thanks

advanced: 130 for 25, 3 hour surface, 120 for 25 (finishing up my adv. nitrox and deco certs).

Giggle...I know that from the website. What I am looking for is their schedule telling which days they run their tours.

I have emailed for info...maybe I'll get a reponse soon!
