Any suggestions for a 1/2 day dive while I am in Rochester? I will be able to dive on June 29 and maybe on the evenings of the 25-28th.

Give me an email before that date. There is nothing really to dive in Rochester but if you put on your lead shoes you can make it to the 1000 islands in 2hr 13min. There's tons of wrecks in the Clayton, Rockport, Kingston area.
