Hi All,

We are going on a cruise and I am having trouble locating scuba diving operators on the following islands - Pago Pago, American Samoa; Lifou, New Caledonia and Apia, Samoa. Does anyone have any recommendations?

This is a bucket list cruise so I really would like to dive at least one of these islands, if not more.

Thanks for the help.

Did the cruise line have any info ? Hopefully someone will chime in but in general cruise ship passengers are kind of a pain for normal dive shops (without some relationship with the cruise line ) to deal with since the customers have no control over their schedule and are only diving for one day and then headed to next port. Dive shops that have cruise ship concessions with a steady volume are a different beast .

Hi,

Unfortunately, NCL doesn't seem to provide scuba diving in their excursions. Not sure why they go to these tropical places and don't offer it. We went to Hawaii and the French Polynesian with them and they did not offer one dive excursion. So strange. So I booked all my own dive excursions on that cruise. I seem to be having problems finding dive shops on some of these islands. Maybe I am not googling or looking in the correct place. I am not on FB and I believe sometimes places only have a FB site.

Thanks,
