Is this right?

Regulator Failure
-check air supply
-try octo
-check to see air turned on
-use spare air if you have it
-signal buddy, share air (this is why we stay close)
-ascend

To prevent reg failure:
-have it serviced propertly
-check it before each dive
-check tank pressure before dive
-check to see valve is open just before splashing
-check gauges religiously underwater
