If your not certified for diving, how are you getting air fills? Are you a certified paint baller?

No I'm not certified for diving. I didn't sign anything at the shop I go to but I talked with the shop owner and he agreed to fill my tank. He explained that I should never use the tank for diving or anything else than paintball.
