Hi I'm new to this group and this is my 1st time posting. Yesterday I went on my 1st dive from Lake Michigan with the Air2, but the sand really did a number on my regulator/inflator. Now every time I push the purge button in, if an air tank is attached it does not stop purging. It basically locks, has anyone had this problem or know of a good way to fix it, Or also maybe know what the problem is?

try flushing it really well and repeatedly - use a garden hose if you can. There's probably some sand interfering with the purge.

Otherwise take it in for service. You may want to anyway to be sure there's no defect if it's new. It should also be covered under warranty if there is - otherwise expect to pay a service charge.
