Hi, I am looking for some fin suggestions. I normally dive single tank in a 7mm wetsuit in cold water. I have tired the RK3 non HD and found them floppy, lack of power, heavy and buoyant (floaty feet). Wondering if I should get the Go Sport fins or Cressi Frog (not frog plus, they are too flexible) or Dive Rite XT? Looking for a pair of all round fins that is good for all fin kicks and surface swimming other than the Mares Avanti Quattro. Thanks!

I do lots of surface swimming in full kit with 7mm suits to get to the dive spot and used the SP go sport fins. I put away the quattro's and other fins after I started using the Go Sport fins. The go sport is excellent!

I got the SP Supernova fine few months ago and they replaced the go sport now :)

I recommend that you get either the Supernovas or go sport over any other fins.

I have incorporated the SCUBAPRO GO SPORT fin into my cold water diving regimen
With my heavy soled boots the bungees were too tight
