How different are they? Does anyone prefer one over the other or are they just the same?

Thanks.

I have both and prefer the Power Fins. They are a little narrower and feel more "slippery" in the water. The back kick seems easier in them. FWIW, I don't like Slipstreams at all.

I bought my Scuba Pro Jet fins in 1971. On my fourth set of straps. Put 91 dives on them this year. I love em. They don't make them like they used to. I see other fins cracking and falling apart, but not these.

I finally got to try out a pair of Slipstreams last week, since the they're now available in L, and they were great. More compact than my Dive Rites, just slightly heavier than neutral, and stiff, they work well for frog kicks, back kicks, and helicopter turns.

But what do you think about your SP Jets vs. your XS Power fins? BTW, my Slipstreams float.
