Closed ScubaPro Yoke Conversion (MK25)

Hi folks,

Looking for a SP Yoke "Conversion Kit" (not an adapter) -- see here for an example.

I have a DIN MK25 evo, want to swap it for Yoke as that's what I dive locally.

Also interested to swap if someone is in the opposite scenario.
