Unfortunately the ban on deep sea trawling in this area is just a recommendation. I hope it goes through. There are similar movements to ban trawling in the North Sea.

One would think and hope that the fishing industry and their customers recognize the relationship between habitat destruction and declining catches. The website offered by snowbear has helped open my eyes.
