went out of sebastian today then down to vero and south, was horrible. about 8 feet below the surface water turned to about 60 degrees and the visibility dropped to nothing. didn't even here anything good on the vhf.

That really sucks....seems like evry mini season we have cold dirty water...Usually improves by regular season

Wow you have to tell how you caught so many with such bad vis!

dove from beach just north of wabasso (between sebastian and vero) on WED at about 4 pm (low tide/slack)- vis 12"-16", temp 75 in 12 ft (according to comp, felt colder of course), but saw nothing alive on first reef out. not much peripheral vis to see much, of course, but checked all the holes i bumped into and found only sea urchins. other divers on beach earlier reported same- empty game bags. but one team at dive shop brought in their 12 from a point just south of wabasso, reportedly using sea kayaks.
