Does any of systems like Naui or Padi offer service technician courses? Or please, where can I get the information bout repairing and taking care of scuba equipments.

Jakub, both offer what they call equipment specialties. These are not however repair courses. They are more in line with teaching you to do minor maintenance beyond getting the hose and rinsing your gear off. In order to actually service your gear you need to get a course from a manufacturer. Talk to your lds and see if they would sponsor you at one of the conventions where this is offered. Many though will not allow you to take a course and more importantly sell you service kits if you are not affiliated with a shop. Thankfully there are shops that will sell kits to qualified people if they know you know what you are doing. Dive Rite will sell service kits to anyone for their regs and you can do a little internet research and download the manual.
