For my scubaboard brothers and sisters, I am trying to put together a dive trip to Venice Beach, FL to hunt for sharks teeth on 16 April 2005. If anyone (military or civilian) is interested, reply to this thread, and we'll work something out.

Hi Matt,

My name is Tracy. My wife, son and I are planning a trip back down to the Venice area before to long and I'm looking for a dive buddy to go out to a place about 1 mile off shore called the "Boneyard" where I understand are shark teeth galore! I don't know much about this place other than what I read on the internet. If you know about this place, let me know if it even exist. It may be 3-6 weeks before we actually get down there so I'll have to let you know when we fine tune our vacation date. If your not available, that's fine, I'll still keep you posted on any outcome of my excursion! Keep diving and keep it safe!

Pay attention to the rain situation.. there is currently a Red Tide going on out in the Venice Waters that makes it uncomfortable to dive or be around. You can keep up to date with the happenings of dives at that beach by visiting the FL Conch Diver forum.. one of us is always out diving there from week to week... oh the bone yard is cool and all, but I have had as much interesting luck right from the beach!
