I like the older sherwoods because of the larger diaphragm and exhaust tees. I have a 1980's Sherwood Oasis + that I'll hold up to the current models. It is all about resistance - the larger the diaphram, the easier the exhalation. The Larger T on the new models does move the bubbles out of view. Check out the new SR1.
