I was into the dive scene in Kingston in the 90's- but left the area in 2002.. It looks like work is going to bring me back again this summer. What shops are still operating and what is available for charters/ clubs and fills. I'll be living in Gananoque so I'm really interested in things towards the east of Kingston.

You mean there is only one shop/charter/club left in Kingston!!!!! What happened?? I never heard of NTD- is it what used to be Kingston Diving Center with Nick?
