I have dove with Silent World. Very professional shop.

Forums are great but the one disadvantage they have is that anyone can say pretty much anything and it's only human nature to take what you read and keep it in the back of your mind.

I am a business owner up in Canada. Now while my business is very succesfull and for the most part my clients happy there's always one, that one that no matter what you do things just get messed up. There will always be those that you can't please as well.....just plain cranky.

It's impossible to please 100% of your clientele but then again that's why there's competition right?
