I need to know if Silicone Rubber sealant once cured is compatable with oxygen and also if it meits any toxic residue or fumes into the air. I'm building a nitrox stick to inject 100% O2 into air to make nitrox mixes less than 40%. I want to seal some sections with Silicone sealant and want to know if it is compatable. Thanks for any info!

Don't have the info you want but you should be able to get that off of a MSDS..material safety data sheet. Anyplace, especially places that deal with contractors, should be able to give you one.
I would think that it would give off a toxic gas. If you can't find anything give me a PM and I will see what I can find in my OSHA books.
